Samuel joined Spacehub in 2017. He is a chartered landscape architect and horticulturist, with extensive and varied experience in both industries.
Samuel previously worked at Gustafson Porter + Bowman, where he worked on high-profile landscape-led projects in the UK and internationally. He studied landscape architecture at the University of Greenwich, where he was awarded the ALS Department Prize for Undergraduate Landscape for his academic achievements.
Prior to studying landscape architecture, Samuel studied sustainable horticulture at Schumacher College, where he developed his horticultural knowledge and passion for ecological concerns. His subsequent experience in nursery work, garden maintenance, and construction works further enriched his in-depth knowledge of plants and understanding of designed landscapes.
Samuel has a strong passion for the positive agency of landscape architecture, be that through creating beautiful spaces, fostering ecology, or enriching communities.
