Spacehub are delighted to announce that Shoreditch Highgate Hotel was granted detailed planning consent by Hackney’s planning committee on December 2nd. The building, located at 201-207 Shoreditch High Street on the southern corner of the Shoreditch Triangle, is Highgate Hotels first project in London. This exciting addition to the Shoreditch townscape consists of a 200 room hotel and 39,000m2 of commercial space. Working with Gensler and Peter Brett Associates, Spacehub have designed new shared space public realm at ground level and a series of roof terraces that offer spectacular views of Shoreditch and the City. Construction is due to commence in the second quarter with completion anticipated for the end of 2018.
