Spacehub worked alongside Rogers Stirk Harbour architects to develop a series of roof gardens for this new hotel and residential development situated on Hanover Square, Mayfair’s oldest square. This intimate boutique hotel, Mandarin Oriental’s second in London, will feature just 50 guestrooms with a further 80 residencies located on the upper floors. Our proposals provide a roof terrace bar for hotel guests, and private terraces for the penthouse residencies, affording views across the square.
