The development proposals for Project Flourish aspire to create a vibrant, sustainable, and contextually appropriate mixed-use masterplan that will transform Ladbroke Grove, an important part of West London, into a characterful, accessible, and integrated part of the city.

Spacehub have worked closely together with Faulkner Browns Architect and the wider project team to develop proposals which would deliver high quality open spaces and leisure destinations to be enjoyed by the new population of the site and the existing residents of the local area.

Our proposals built on Kensington and Chelsea’s heritage of gardens, parks and groves, enabling a unique and innovative fusion of planting and architecture. Conceived as a new grove for the borough, vertical accents of trees and their canopies present a contemporary addition to Ladbroke Grove. Multi-layered amenities and urban greening elements are also proposed at an elevated level as a forward thinking approach to sustainability and enhanced biodiversity.

During the design development process, engagements with the local community and charity were undertaken to help facilitate an understanding of community need and local opinion. The submitted proposals define a scheme that is deliverable and appropriate and delivers value to all.
