Chancery House is located on Chancery Lane, close to Lincoln’s Inn Fields, in an area historically associated with the legal profession and the jewellery quarter. Originally home to the historic Silver Vaults, the building was rebuilt in the 1950s after wartime bombing, retaining elements of the underground vaults.

The refurbishment, designed by dMFK Architects with landscape design by Spacehub, upgrades the existing building with a range of new external spaces including a central courtyard, extensive terraces, and a new garden replacing the former ground-level car park. These spaces are extensively planted with biodiverse, layered greenery, featuring drought-tolerant perennials, ornamental grasses, flowering shrubs, ferns, evergreens, and climbers. The design transforms the character of the workplace, supporting biodiversity, improving wellbeing, and enhancing connection to nature.
