Spacehub are working closely with Make architects on the public realm surrounding 40 Leadenhall Street – a new landmark in the next generation of office buildings in the City of London. The landscape proposals knit into the surrounding context of the City’s streets and lanes, with a material palette of York stone and granite sett paving.
