The 120 Fleet Street development proposals will create a high quality Sky garden landscape in the City of London. Proposals include a new publicly accessible roof terrace on top of the Grade II listed Daily Express Building.

As a studio, Spacehub workshopped a charrette for initial ideas to inform the soft landscaping at 120 Fleet Street. The consensus was the creation of a rich, climate responsive habitat. A landscape that is not an add on, but a fully integrated, hardworking connected landscape. Common themes included rain water harvesting, habitat creation and changing typologies as you transition up the building.
