60 Aldgate has received planning permission from the City of London. Spacehub worked with 4C Hotel Group and ACME on the landscape and public realm, which features a vaulted colonnade at ground level, and a series of amenity roof terraces. The office building is part of the wider Minories masterplan, which also includes a hotel and residential buildings.
