London Wall Place tree installation

A momentous milestone- at last the London Wall Place construction site has some greenery installed! Starting with the beautiful form of the Liquidamber styraciflua which holds the corner of the new Salter’s Hall extension. The light canopy of the Betula nigra fills the space well which along with a Cornus Kousa completes the English garden themed Salter’s Garden area. Two Prunus plena and one Acer ginnala with a ‘V’ shaped multi-stem frames views to the historic Priory beyond.  We look forward to the imminent installation of the rest of the trees which includes a mixture of native and ornamental single and multi-stem trees both at the highwalk levels as well as tree ferns at the basement level.
