13 – 14 Appold Street, London EC2A 2NB was unanimously approved by Hackney’s planning committee on September the 30th. The 45 storey building, next to Broadgate, consisting of office space, a business hotel and ancillary retail / restaurant uses and will be one of the tallest buildings in Hackney. Spacehub designed the landscape for the scheme including the ground floor public realm and the 16th and 44th floor roof terraces. Over the coming months Spacehub will be developing the detail design of the landscape. The project is due to be complete in middle 2018.
