London Wall Place, located in the Square Mile, has reached this seminal construction milestone. The ceremony took place atop 2 London Wall Pace, the higher 16 storey building, with panoramic views across the City of London and saw the last trowel of concrete complete the building core with speeches by Martin Jepson of Brookfield Property Partners, Paul Brundage of Oxford Properties and George Assimakopoulos and Phil Clarke of Multiplex. Finally the traditional raising of the yew tree completed the ceremony. This special occasion allowed excellent views of the future, acre of landscaped public realm below. Frosts Landscape Specialists have just commenced on site and we look forward to a busy rest of year working in close collaboration with Make Architects to green the heart of the square mile, with completion scheduled for 2017.
