Spacehub are part of a multidisciplinary team including AECOM, Maccreanor Lavington Architects and Cushman Wakefield that have won the Ebbsfleet Garden City masterplan framework. The year-long commission involves developing a masterplan vision for a new community of approximately 15,000 homes over an area of 850 Ha.
