The residents have moved in, the public realm is open and the private gardens have been in full flower this summer. Our Dollar Bay project with Mount Anvil and Simpson Haugh Architects is now complete. We’re really happy with the finished scheme and are delighted to share these photographs with you.
Our design creates a robust landscape for this new residential tower, located in a prominent position marking the eastern end of South Dock on the Isle of Dogs. The concept is an exercise in simplicity drawing on the industrial heritage of its iconic dockside location. The tower is surrounded by public realm providing a new public square and opening up connections across the site. We have created private amenity space in a format similar to a traditional private London square.
