Caring Wood wins RIBA National Award!

Having already been awarded the RIBA regional South East Design and RIBA Sustainability award, we eagerly awaited the results of the next stage. We are now thrilled to announce that Caring Wood progressed to be awarded a National RIBA Award and has been longlisted for RIBA House of the Year 2017.

James Wright of Macdonald Wright Architects and Niall Maxwell of Rural Office for Architecture will be filming with Channel Four next month.

National awards are given to buildings across the UK recognised as significant contributions to architecture. This prestigious prize is in recognition of architecture that sets national standards demonstrating design and sustainability excellence. Only projects that are national winners will be considered for the RIBA Stirling Prize so fingers crossed and congratulations to everyone involved.
